Job summary

Life Skills Autism Academy, a division of Centria Autism, is seeking a Center-Based Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) in Atlanta, GA. The role involves 1:1 and group ABA therapy, data collection, and caregiver training within an in-center program.

Qualifications include current RBT certification, 18+ years old, high school diploma, and ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Benefits include PTO, early wage access via Rain, and tuition discounts.

Qualifications

• Must hold and maintain current certification as an RBT (BACB)
• Willing to participate in background check process
• Minimum of a High School Diploma or GED is required
• Must have reliable transportation
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Willing to obtain CPR and First Aid certification
• Willing to obtain TB test annually
• Physical ability to perform job duties including lifting up to 50lbs and being on the floor
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow detailed instructions
• Proficient with technology to record data on a mobile device

Responsibilities

• Provide direct client care in 1:1 and group settings using intensive teaching and natural environment training
• Follow treatment plans built by BCBA/BC
• Collect, record, and summarize data on observable client behavior
• Assist with parent and caregiver training per treatment protocols
• Ensure documentation is completed on time and per procedures
• Communicate progress with parents and caregivers as instructed by BCBA/BC
• Maintain a clean, safe, organized work environment
• Assist BCBA/BC in client materials and assessments
