Job summary

Bierman Autism Centers is seeking a full-time Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our center-based team, delivering center-based OT services to children with autism and collaborating with an interdisciplinary group of OTs, SLPs, BCBAs, and RBTs.

You will assess children, create treatment plans, train families, monitor progress, and contribute to a supportive, growth-focused work culture in a setting that values play-based learning and outcomes-driven care.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Occupational Therapy (MOT) required.
• NBCOT Certification required.
• Current Licensure required.
• Strong organization, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Excellent written and oral communication with colleagues, direct reports, and caregivers.

Responsibilities

• Provide center-based occupational therapy for children with autism.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team of OTs, SLPs, BCBAs, and RBTs.
• Provide training to team members and families.
• Conduct assessments.
• Create Treatment Plans.
• Monitor and manage client progress.
