Job summary

Bierman Autism Centers in Avon, IN is seeking a full-time Occupational Therapist to join a motivated team focused on transforming the lives of children with autism through center-based therapy and a one-on-one approach.

You will work with OTs, SLPs, BCBAs, and RBTs to conduct assessments, create treatment plans, and monitor progress while providing training to families in a supportive center environment. Regular hours with no travel are offered.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in OT and active licensure.
• NBCOT certification required or in good standing.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams is essential.
• Strong written and oral communication skills with families and colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Provide center-based occupational therapy for children with autism.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team (OTs, SLPs, BCBAs, RBTs).
• Provide training to team members and families.
• Conduct assessments and create treatment plans.
• Monitor and manage client progress.
