Job summary

Bierman Autism Centers is seeking a full-time, center-based Occupational Therapist to work with children with autism, delivering center-based OT and collaborating with an interdisciplinary team including OTs, SLPs, BCBAs, and RBTs.

You will train families, conduct assessments, create treatment plans, monitor progress, and contribute to a fun, growth-oriented culture with comprehensive benefits and a Monday–Friday schedule.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Occupational Therapy (MOT) required.
• NBCOT Certification required.
• Current licensure required.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office; MacOS familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Providing center-based occupational therapy for children with autism.
• Work collaboratively with an interdisciplinary team of OTs, SLPs, BCBAs, and RBTs.
• Provide training to team members and families.
• Conduct assessments.
• Create Treatment Plans.
• Monitor and manage the progress of clients.
