Bierman Autism Centers is seeking a full-time Occupational Therapist to provide center-based therapy for children with autism in Indianapolis. You will join an interdisciplinary team and help families through training, assessments, and individualized treatment plans.

The role emphasizes progress monitoring, collaboration with SLPs, BCBAs, and RBTs, and ongoing professional growth within a supportive, growth-focused culture.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy (MOT) required.
• NBCOT certification and state licensure required.
• Experience collaborating with cross‑functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide center-based occupational therapy for children with autism.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team (OTs, SLPs, BCBAs, RBTs).
• Provide training to team members and families.
• Conduct assessments and create treatment plans.
• Monitor and manage client progress.
