Job summary

Bierman Autism Centers is seeking a full-time, center-based Occupational Therapist to join a dynamic team focused on transforming the lives of children with autism. The role emphasizes one-on-one, play-based skill-building and collaboration with SLPs, BCBAs, and RBTs to support each child.

You will conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, train families, and monitor progress while enjoying a Monday–Friday schedule and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Occupational Therapy (MOT) is required.
• NBCOT Certification is required.
• Current State Licensure is required.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide center-based occupational therapy for children with autism.
• Work collaboratively with an interdisciplinary team (SLP, BCBA, RBT).
• Provide training to team members and families.
• Conduct assessments.
• Create treatment plans.
• Monitor and manage client progress.
