The role emphasizes a natural play approach to teach foundational skills, with a one-on-one focus to help each child grow on their terms.

Candidates should have a MOT, NBCOT, and state licensure, plus experience collaborating with SLPs, BCBAs, and RBTs.

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Occupational Therapy (MOT) required.
• NBCOT Certification required.
• Current State Licensure required.
• Strong collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide center-based occupational therapy for children with autism.
• Collaborate with SLPs, BCBAs, and RBTs as part of an interdisciplinary team.
• Provide training to team members and families.
• Conduct assessments and create treatment plans.
• Monitor and manage client progress.
