Bierman Autism Centers in Scottsdale, AZ is seeking a full-time, center-based Occupational Therapist to join a motivated team focused on transforming the lives of children with autism through a natural play approach.

You will collaborate with SLPs, BCBAs, and RBTs; develop treatment plans, conduct assessments, train families, and monitor progress. The role offers weekday hours, competitive pay, and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Occupational Therapy (MOT) is required.
• NBCOT Certification is required.
• Current State Licensure is required.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and strong communication skills are expected.

Responsibilities

• Provide center-based occupational therapy for children with autism.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team (SLPs, BCBA s, RBTs).
• Provide training to team members and families.
• Conduct assessments and create treatment plans.
• Monitor and document client progress.
