Bierman Autism Centers seeks a dedicated Occupational Therapist to join our Indiana centers. You will deliver center-based OT to children with autism, collaborating with an interdisciplinary team of OTs, SLPs, BCBAs, and RBTs, and provide training to families and staff.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Occupational Therapy (MOT) is required.
• NBCOT certification is required.
• Active OT licensure in Indiana or eligible to obtain licensure.
• Demonstrated organizational, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide center-based occupational therapy to children with autism.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team (OTs, SLPs, BCBAs, RBTs).
• Provide training to team members and families.
• Conduct assessments and create treatment plans.
• Monitor client progress and adjust plans as needed.
• Maintain accurate data entry and documentation.
