Job summary

Bierman Autism Centers is seeking a full-time, center-based Occupational Therapist to join a motivated team focused on transforming the lives of children with autism. You will provide center-based OT services, work with an interdisciplinary team, and use natural play to teach foundational skills.

Our one-on-one approach supports families, offers on-site trainings, and opportunities for growth and supervision. The schedule is M-F, 8:15am-4:45pm with no travel.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Occupational Therapy (MOT) is required.
• NBCOT certification and current state licensure.
• Strong organizational, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and excellent communication.
• Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Provide center-based occupational therapy for children with autism.
• Collaborate with SLPs, BCBAs, and RBTs as part of an interdisciplinary team.
• Provide training to team members and families.
• Conduct assessments and create treatment plans.
• Monitor and manage progress of clients.
