Bierman Autism Centers is seeking a full-time, center-based Occupational Therapist to join a motivated team dedicated to transforming lives of children with autism. The role emphasizes natural play, collaboration with SLPs, BCBAs, and RBTs, and ongoing skill development.

Formación

• Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy (MOT).
• NBCOT Certification or equivalent.
• Current state licensure to practice occupational therapy.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with families and colleagues.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and data tools.

Responsabilidades

• Provide center-based occupational therapy for children with autism.
• Collaborate with SLPs, BCBAs, and RBTs in an interdisciplinary team.
• Train team members and families on therapy approaches.
• Conduct client assessments and create treatment plans.
• Monitor client progress and document outcomes.
