Action Behavior Centers in Texas is seeking an Operations Manager to oversee the overall operations of our ABC Facility. You will cultivate a supportive work environment for your team, uphold a strong commitment to families, and own financial, safety, and compliance aspects at your location.

Your role involves leading KPI tracking, budget management, staff development, and ensuring clinical excellence while expanding patient access across multiple sites.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of people management experience leading a large team across multiple sites or district management.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree preferred, or substantial people management experience.

Responsibilities

• Monthly tracking of KPIs, clinic budgets and team performance.
• Engage families by providing education and guidance throughout onboarding.
• Lead 25–50 teammates, conduct evaluations, and plan events.
• Partner with Clinical and Department Leaders on operations quality.
