Job summary

Bierman Autism Centers is seeking a full-time Occupational Therapist (OT) to join a motivated team focused on transforming lives of children with autism. The role features a center-based setting with a one-on-one approach and a family-centered care model.

You will collaborate with SLPs, BCBAs, and RBTs, conduct assessments, create treatment plans, and monitor progress to support each child’s growth within their terms.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Occupational Therapy (MOT).
• NBCOT Certification.
• Current State Licensure.
• Strong organization, critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Excellent written and oral communication with colleagues and caregivers.

Responsibilities

• Providing center-based occupational therapy for children with autism.
• Work collaboratively with an interdisciplinary team including SLPs, BCBA-Ds, and RBTs.
• Provide training to team members and families.
• Conduct assessments.
• Create Treatment Plans.
• Monitor and manage progress of clients.

Education

Master’s Degree in Occupational Therapy (MOT)
