Bierman Autism Centers is seeking a full-time Occupational Therapist to join our center-focused team. You will work one-on-one with children diagnosed with autism, collaborating with SLPs, BCBAs, and RBTs to deliver natural, play-based therapy and track progress.

The role emphasizes training families, creating treatment plans, and advancing skills in a supportive, growth-oriented environment with comprehensive benefits and no travel requirements.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Occupational Therapy (MOT) required.
• NBCOT Certification required.
• Current state licensure required.
• Strong organization and communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Excellent time management and attention to detail.

Responsabilités

• Provide center-based occupational therapy for children with autism.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team (SLP, BCBA, RBT).
• Provide training to team members and families.
• Conduct assessments and create Treatment Plans.
• Monitor client progress and adjust plans as needed.
• No travel required; center-based role.
