Community Autism Services (CAS) is seeking a Center-Based Behavior Technician to provide 1:1 ABA therapy under BCBA supervision for young children aged 18 months to 6 years. You will work within a collaborative team, applying play-based techniques and tracking progress with careful data collection.

The role offers center-based hours, paid onboarding, ongoing supervision, RBT certification support, and clear pathways for advancement within a nationwide organization.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 18.
• High School diploma or GED required.
• Ability to meet the physical demands of the role, including lifting up to 50lbs.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license.
• Willingness to support coverage at nearby centers if needed.
• No prior ABA experience required—we train you.
• Experience in childcare or education is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Deliver 1:1 ABA therapy sessions under BCBA supervision.
• Use play, movement, and creativity to engage children.
• Collect accurate session data and progress notes.
• Apply feedback and coaching to strengthen clinical skills.
• Collaborate with teammates and supervisors to support each child's success.
• Help maintain a safe, organized, and engaging therapy environment.
