Community Autism Services (CAS) seeks a Center-Based Behavior Technician to support young children in ABA therapy under BCBA supervision. You’ll engage with children through play-based activities, maintain accurate data, and collaborate with a supportive team to ensure consistent progress.

The role offers paid onboarding, ongoing supervision, and opportunities for RBT certification, along with a clear path for growth within a fun, inclusive center environment in Sacramento.

Qualifications

• Minimum age of 18
• High School diploma or GED required
• Ability to meet the physical demands of the role, including lifting up to 50 lbs
• Responding appropriately to challenging behaviors, which may include aggression, elopement, or self-injurious behaviors
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
• Willingness to support coverage at nearby centers if needed
• No prior ABA experience required - we train you

Responsabilités

• Deliver 1:1 ABA therapy sessions under BCBA supervision
• Use play, movement, and creativity to engage children
• Collect accurate session data and progress notes
• Apply feedback and coaching to strengthen clinical skills
• Collaborate with teammates and supervisors to support each child's success
• Help maintain a safe, organized, and engaging therapy environment
