Job summary

Bierman Autism Centers is seeking a Behavior Technician (RBT) to deliver one-on-one ABA therapy to children aged 2-12. You will follow skill acquisition and behavior support plans, collect data, and document outcomes, with guidance from a BCBA.

Ideal candidates hold or are pursuing RBT certification, can handle physical requirements, and will contribute to a collaborative, growth-focused team committed to making a difference in children’s lives.

Qualifications

• Must hold an active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification or obtain RBT certification within 90 days of hire.
• Must be able to lift and carry clients who are at least 30 pounds.
• Strong documentation and data-tracking skills for therapy sessions.

Responsibilities

• Conduct 1:1 ABA therapy with children aged 2-12.
• Follow prescribed skill acquisition and behavior support plans.
• Collect data and write therapy notes for each session.
• Communicate progress with parents and caregivers under BCBA guidance.
• Assist BCBA with preparing client materials and scheduling.
