Job summary

Community Autism Services (CAS) is seeking a Center-Based Behavior Technician to provide 1:1 ABA therapy under BCBA supervision for young children in Fremont, CA. You’ll engage children through play-based activities and contribute to data collection and progress notes in a collaborative team setting.

Paid onboarding, ongoing supervision, and support for RBT certification are offered, along with tuition reimbursement and clear pathways for advancement.

Qualifications

• Minimum age of 18
• High School diploma or GED required
• Ability to meet the physical demands, including lifting up to 50 lbs
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
• Willingness to support coverage at nearby centers if needed
• No prior ABA experience required—we train you

Responsibilities

• Deliver 1:1 ABA therapy sessions under BCBA supervision
• Use play, movement, and creativity to engage children
• Collect accurate session data and progress notes
• Apply feedback and coaching to strengthen clinical skills
• Collaborate with teammates and supervisors to support each child\'s success
• Help maintain a safe, organized, and engaging therapy environment
