Community Autism Services (CAS) is hiring a Center-Based Behavior Technician in Westchester, CA. The role involves delivering 1:1 ABA therapy under BCBA supervision and engaging preschool-aged children in play-based, evidence-based sessions.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 18 years
• High School diploma or GED required
• Ability to meet physical demands including lifting up to 50 lbs
• Willingness to train and grow in ABA setting

Responsabilités

• Deliver 1:1 ABA therapy sessions under supervision
• Engage children using play, movement, and creativity
• Collect session data and progress notes
• Apply feedback to strengthen clinical skills
• Collaborate with teammates and supervisors to support each child
• Maintain a safe, organized, engaging therapy environment
