Job summary

Proud Moments ABA is hiring Behavior Technicians to provide 1-1 behavioral support in a center-based setting for children from birth to 21. You will implement plans created by BCBAs, collect progress data, and communicate with families and the treatment team.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills and ability to follow instructions.
• Reliable and able to work in a fast-paced environment with families.
• Experience with children or behavioral support is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with a client to implement behavioral plans designed by a BCBA.
• Collect data to monitor progress and report results.
• Support families in implementing treatment plans and trainings.
• Maintain communication with families, supervisors and relevant staff.
• Assist with active supervision and safety during sessions.
