Job summary

Proud Moments ABA is hiring Behavior Technicians to deliver center-based, 1-1 ABA treatment under supervision of BCBAs. You will collect data, report progress, and support families in implementing treatment plans to help children on the autism spectrum.

Ideal candidates are reliable, able to work in a fast-paced setting, and possess strong communication skills. This role offers paid training, guaranteed hours, and growth opportunities in a collaborative team environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience with children preferred.
• Experience supporting clients with behavioral challenges or developmental delays preferred.
• Exposure to ASD or developmental disabilities preferred; training provided.

Responsibilities

• Work 1-1 with a client to implement behavioral plans designed by BCBA.
• Collect data to monitor progress and report results.
• Support BCBA with training families on implementing plans.
• Be responsive to the needs of clients, families, and supervisors.
• Maintain clear communication with families, supervisors, and others.
• Assist with physical activities during sessions (lifting 25+ pounds, etc.).
• Any other tasks outlined by BCBA/LBA.
