Job summary

Community Autism Services (CAS) is seeking a Center-Based Behavior Technician to deliver 1:1 ABA therapy to young children under BCBA supervision in Brockton, MA. You’ll be part of a collaborative team focused on development, compassion, and consistent mentorship.

We offer a center-based schedule with guaranteed hours, paid onboarding, RBT certification, tuition reimbursement, and clear growth paths into advanced roles. The position pays $21.00-$26.00 per hour, with ongoing training and support.

Qualifications

• Minimum age of 18.
• High School diploma or GED required.
• Ability to meet the physical demands of the role, including lifting up to 50lbs.

Responsibilities

• Deliver 1:1 ABA therapy sessions under BCBA supervision.
• Use play, movement and creativity to engage children.
• Collect accurate session data and progress notes.
• Apply feedback and coaching to strengthen clinical skills.
• Collaborate with teammates and supervisors to support each child's success.
• Help maintain a safe, organized and engaging therapy environment.
