Job summary

Community Autism Services (CAS) is seeking a Center-Based Behavior Technician to support young children’s development through play-based ABA therapy. You will join a collaborative team that emphasizes coaching, mentorship, and ongoing training.

Role requires comfort with physical activities, reliable transportation, and a willingness to work Monday–Friday in our Santa Barbara center. On-going supervision and growth opportunities are provided.

Qualifications

• Minimum age of 18.
• High School diploma or GED required.
• Ability to meet the physical demands of the role, including lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license.
• No prior ABA experience required—we train you.

Responsibilities

• Deliver 1:1 ABA therapy sessions under BCBA supervision.
• Use play, movement, and creativity to engage children.
• Collect accurate session data and progress notes.
• Apply feedback and coaching to strengthen clinical skills.
• Collaborate with teammates and supervisors to support each child's success.
• Help maintain a safe, organized, and engaging therapy environment.
