Job summary

Centria Healthcare in Walker, MI seeks enthusiastic Behavior Technicians to support children with autism. You will work one-on-one under a BCBA, implementing individualized behavior plans and teaching communication, social, and daily living skills.

This role requires patience and teamwork; no prior experience is necessary as training is provided. You may assist with mobility and lifting up to 50 pounds during activities, with a pay range of $17–$20 per hour and opportunities to grow in the field.

Qualifications

• Passionate about helping children with autism
• Patient and able to work well in a team
• 18+ years of age
• High school diploma or GED
• Ability to obtain CPR/First Aid and TB test
• Pass a pre-employment background check
• Ability to move in various positions and lift up to 50 pounds

Responsibilities
