Job summary

At Centria Autism, we are looking for enthusiastic Behavior Technicians to join our team in Michigan. You will work one-on-one with children, implementing individualized behavior intervention plans under the guidance of a BCBA to teach communication, social, and daily living skills.

We provide comprehensive training and a supportive team environment. The role requires physical activities and lifting up to 50 pounds; pay ranges from $17 to $20 per hour.

Qualifications

• Must be passionate about helping children with autism.
• Patient, compassionate, and able to work well in a team.
• 18+ years of age; High school diploma or GED.
• Ability to obtain CPR and First Aid Certification and a TB test; pass a pre-employment background check.

Responsibilities

• Implement individualized behavior intervention plans under BCBA supervision.
• Work one-on-one with children to teach communication, social, and daily living skills.
• Ensure safety and follow program protocols; document progress as required.
