Proud Moments ABA is seeking Board Certified Behavior Analysts to join our Las Vegas center as full-time or part-time clinical experts. You’ll develop and supervise ABA interventions for children on the autism spectrum, collaborating with a supportive team to deliver high-quality care.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in behavioral analysis, education, psychology, or related field.
• Current BCBA license or candidate exam within 3 months.
• Demonstrated skills implementing ABA with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder or related disorders.
• Ability to administer and interpret a variety of clinical assessments.
• Excellent clinical competence and judgment.
• Commitment to handling confidential information responsibly.
• Exceptional communication, problem-solving, organizational and project management skills in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and supervise targeted ABA interventions for children with autism.
• Track progress and celebrate client achievements as new skills emerge.
• Explain assessment results and treatment recommendations to families.
• Monitor for potential issues and communicate concerns as needed.
• Provide supervision, support, training, and orientation to technicians.
• Assist clients with physical movement during sessions as needed.
