Job summary

Proud Moments ABA in North Las Vegas, NV is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our clinical team as a full-time or part-time provider. You will design and supervise ABA programs for children on the autism spectrum and collaborate with family members and our clinical staff to deliver high-quality services.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in behavioral analysis, education, psychology or related field.
• BCBA licensure (active or in-progress)
• Experience applying ABA with children with autism spectrum disorders
• Ability to administer and interpret clinical assessments
• Strong communication, organization and problem-solving skills

Responsibilities

• Develop and supervise targeted ABA interventions for children with autism.
• Monitor client progress and celebrate skill gains.
• Explain assessment results and treatment recommendations to families.
• Monitor for concerns and communicate with the care team.
• Supervise and train behavior technicians; support a growing team.
• Ensure safety and effective engagement during sessions with children aged 2–15.

Education

Master's degree in behavioral analysis, education, psychology, or related field

BCBA licensure (active or in-progress)

Excellent communication, problem-solving, organizational & project management skills
