Job summary

Proud Moments ABA in Nevada is seeking Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to join our team as full-time or part-time clinical experts. As a BCBA, you will develop and supervise ABA interventions for children on the autism spectrum, collaborating with our clinical support team to maximize client progress.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in behavioral analysis, education, psychology, or a related field.
• Current BCBA license (or sitting for the exam within 3 months).
• Experience applying ABA with children on the autism spectrum.
• Ability to administer and interpret clinical assessments.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, organizational and project management skills.
• Commitment to handling confidential information responsibly.

Responsibilities

• Develop and supervise targeted interventions that change lives of children with autism.
• Share in client achievements as positive behaviors and skills develop.
• Support families by explaining assessment results and treatment recommendations.
• Advocate for clients by monitoring concerns and communicating with the team.
• Supervise, train, and orient the growing team of behavioral technicians.
• Engage with clients during sessions, including physical activities as needed.
