Job summary

Proud Moments ABA is seeking Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to join our Carson City opening and the Las Vegas center as full-time or part-time clinical experts. You will deliver high-quality ABA services to children on the autism spectrum and collaborate with a regional clinical team.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in behavioral analysis, education, psychology, or related field.
• BCBA license (current or pending) in the next 3 months is acceptable.
• Demonstrated ABA experience with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder.
• Ability to administer and interpret clinical assessments.
• Commitment to confidentiality and high professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Develop and supervise targeted ABA interventions for children with autism.
• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment as needed.
• Support families by communicating assessment results and recommendations.
• Collaborate with clinical and support teams to ensure consistency in care.
• Provide supervision, training, and orientation to junior staff and technicians.
