Proud Moments ABA in Las Vegas, NV is seeking BCBA clinicians to join our team as full-time or part-time experts. You will design and supervise ABA interventions for children with autism, collaborating with a supportive clinical team to optimize treatment outcomes.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in behavioral analysis, education, psychology, or related field.
• Current BCBA license (state dependent) or taking exam within 3 months.
• Demonstrated ABA experience with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder.
• Ability to administer and interpret clinical assessments.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, organizational and fast-paced work skills.
• Commitment to handling confidential information responsibly.

Responsibilities

• Utilize expertise to develop and supervise ABA interventions for children with autism.
• Share in client achievements as positive behaviors and skills develop.
• Support families by communicating assessment results and recommendations.
• Advocate for clients by monitoring issues and relaying concerns.
• Contribute knowledge through supervision, training, and orientation of technicians.
• Physically engage with sessions and children, including moving and lifting tasks as needed.
