Proud Moments ABA in Las Vegas is seeking dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBA) to join our team as full- or part-time clinical experts. You will develop and supervise ABA interventions for children with autism, focusing on meaningful outcomes while collaborating with a supportive clinical team.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in behavioral analysis, education, psychology, or a related field.
• BCBA license (or exam upcoming) depending on state.
• Experience applying ABA with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder.

Responsibilities

• Develop and supervise ABA interventions.
• Track and analyze client progress with data collection.
• Support families by explaining assessment results and recommendations.
• Collaborate with clinical team to ensure high-quality care.
• Mentor and onboard clinical technicians.
