Job summary

Proud Moments ABA is seeking a BCBA at our Las Vegas center to lead and supervise ABA interventions for children from birth to 21 years. You’ll work with a multi-tiered clinical team, using advanced tools and data-driven methods to drive positive outcomes.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in behavioral analysis, education, psychology, or a related field.
• Current BCBA license (or sitting for exam in next 3 months). Students welcome.
• Experience applying ABA with children with ASD or related disorders.
• Ability to administer and interpret clinical assessments.
• Excellent clinical competence and judgment.
• Commitment to handling confidential information responsibly.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, organizational and project management skills in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and supervise targeted interventions to improve behaviors.
• Monitor client progress as they learn new skills.
• Support families by explaining assessment results and treatment recommendations.
• Advocate for clients by identifying issues and communicating concerns.
• Share knowledge through supervision, training, and orientation of staff.
• Assist with session activities and adapt to physical demands of working with children.
