Proud Moments ABA is hiring BCBA clinicians for our Las Vegas, NV center. The role focuses on developing and supervising ABA interventions for children with autism, with a supportive clinical team to reduce administrative tasks and enable excellent patient care.

Formación

• Master’s degree in behavioral analysis, education, psychology, or related field.
• Current BCBA license or eligible to sit for exam within 3 months.
• Experience applying ABA with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder.
• Ability to administer and interpret clinical assessments.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, organizational and project management skills.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and supervise interventions that change lives of children with autism.
• Share in clients' achievements as they learn new skills.
• Provide family guidance to explain assessment results and treatment recommendations.
• Advocate for clients and monitor for concerns.
• Supervise and train the growing team of behavioral technicians.
• Move with pace alongside children 2–15 years old during sessions.
