Job summary

Proud Moments ABA is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join as a full-time or part-time clinical expert. You will develop and supervise intervention plans for children with autism, collaborating with a supportive clinical team to deliver high-quality ABA services.

In this role you will guide families, interpret assessments, and advocate for clients, while benefiting from a robust benefits package and a competitive hourly rate designed to support professional growth.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in behavioral analysis, education, psychology, or a related field.
• Current BCBA license (state dependent) or exam within the next 3 months.
• Demonstrated skills implementing ABA with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder.
• Ability to administer and interpret a variety of clinical assessments.
• Excellent clinical competence, judgment and confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Develop and supervise the implementation of targeted interventions for children with autism.
• Share in the achievements of clients as they learn new skills and display positive behaviors.
• Provide family support to ensure understanding of assessment results and treatment recommendations.
• Advocate for clients by monitoring issues and communicating concerns.
• Share knowledge through supervision, training, and orientation of staff.
• Engage in active movement and supervision of clients during sessions as needed.
