Job summary

Bierman Autism Centers is seeking BCBA-certified clinicians to join our pediatric therapy teams. We provide ABA, Speech, and Occupational Therapy in center-based settings, focusing on ethical, individualized treatment to advance child outcomes.

You will design Treatment Plans, supervise therapy programs, train staff, and partner with families. We offer full-time schedules, comprehensive benefits, ongoing professional development, and a collaborative, compassionate culture.

Qualifications

• BCBA or BCBA-D certification required.
• Licensure in states of practice where applicable.
• Strong organization, critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and oral communication with colleagues and caregivers.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Meet prescription fulfillment goals as assigned by Clinical Director.
• Meet hourly and monthly authorization fulfillment of 25 billable hours per week on average.
• Lead caregiver collaboration and training sessions with parents.
• Design and update Treatment Plans (TP) for assigned clients.
• Oversee/monitor ABA programs in center and community settings as applicable.
• Direct, lead & supervise behavior technicians, including supervision hours for RBTs.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of current research and best practices.
