Job summary

Proud Moments ABA is seeking Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to join our Florida team as full-time or part-time clinical experts. You will develop and supervise interventions for children with autism, share in client achievements, and support families with clear treatment recommendations.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in behavioral analysis, education, psychology, or a related field.
• Current BCBA license (or sitting for exam soon).
• Demonstrated ABA experience with children on the autism spectrum.
• Ability to administer and interpret clinical assessments.
• Excellent clinical judgment and confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Develop and supervise targeted interventions that change lives.
• Support clients as they gain new skills and positive behaviors.
• Conduct family conversations to explain assessments and treatments.
• Monitor for issues and communicate concerns.
• Supervise and train the growing team of technicians.
• Assist with physical activities during sessions when needed.
