Qualifications

• Minimum Master's degree in ABA, psychology, or related field.
• BCBA certification or in progress within a reasonable timeframe.
• Experience applying ABA with children on the autism spectrum.

Responsibilities

• Develop and supervise ABA interventions for children with autism.
• Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans based on data.
• Collaborate with families to explain assessments and recommendations.
• Support technicians and trainees through supervision and training.
• Ensure confidentiality and professional conduct in fast-paced settings.
