Proud Moments ABA is seeking a BCBA to join our team as a clinical expert, full-time or part-time. You will develop and supervise ABA interventions for children with autism, while supporting families and collaborating with a multi-tiered clinical team.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in behavioral analysis or related field.
• BCBA license pending or in process.

Responsibilities

• Develop and supervise targeted interventions for children with autism.
• Share in client progress as behaviors improve and skills grow.
• Provide guidance to families to understand assessments and recommendations.
• Monitor for potential issues and communicate concerns.
• Train and orient junior staff and technicians.
• Assist with documentation and data collection during sessions.
