Proud Moments ABA is seeking Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBA) to join our team in New Jersey. You will apply ABA expertise to develop and supervise interventions for children with autism, while collaborating with a supportive clinical team and leveraging advanced data tools.

Qualifikationen

• Master’s degree in behavioral analysis or related field.
• Current BCBA license or sitting for the exam within 3 months.
• Demonstrated ABA experience with children on the autism spectrum.
• Ability to administer and interpret clinical assessments.
• Strong communication, confidentiality and organization.

Aufgaben

• Develop and supervise targeted interventions to change behaviors.
• Monitor progress and celebrate client achievements as skills grow.
• Conduct family discussions to explain assessment results and recommendations.
• Advocate for clients by identifying concerns and communicating with families.
• Provide supervision and training to behavioral technicians.
• Assist with moving clients through session activities and safety.
