Job summary

Life Skills Autism Academy, a division of Centria Autism, is seeking an RBT to provide direct client care in 1:1 and small group settings. You will implement protocols, collect data, and support parent training under BCBA supervision.

The position is in-center, full-time, with requirements including RBT certification, a background check, CPR/First Aid, TB test annual, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Join a team dedicated to early intensive ABA therapy and child development.

Qualifications

• Must hold and maintain current RBT certification with BACB.
• Willing to participate in background check process.
• Minimum of a High School Diploma or GED required.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Willing to obtain CPR and First Aid certification.
• TB test annually.
• Able to perform physical tasks and lift up to 50lbs.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
• Proficient with recording data on mobile devices.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct client care in 1:1 and group settings using intensive teaching and natural environment training.
• Follow prescribed behavior protocols outlined by BCBA/BC.
• Collect, record, and summarize data on client behavior.
• Assist with parent and caregiver training.
• Ensure timely documentation per procedures.
• Communicate progress with parents and caregivers as directed by BCBA/BC.
• Maintain safe, clean, and organized work areas.
• Assist BCBA/BC in preparation of client materials and assessments.
