Job summary

Life Skills Autism Academy, a division of Centria Autism, is a center-based ABA Therapy program serving young children in Farmington Hills, MI. This full-time, in-center role operates Monday–Friday, 8:30am–4:30pm.

We are hiring a Registered Behavior Technician to provide direct client care 1:1 and in small groups, implement treatment plans, collect data, and support caregiver training. RBT certification required; HS diploma or GED, CPR/First Aid and TB testing required or pursued.

Qualifications

• Must hold and maintain current RBT certification (BACB).
• Minimum of a High School Diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct client care in 1:1 and group settings using intensive teaching and natural environment training.
• Follow client treatment plans built by BCBA/BC.
• Collect, record, and summarize data on observable client behavior.
• Assist with parent and caregiver training aligned with treatment protocols.
• Ensure timely documentation and data entry.
• Communicate progress with parents/caregivers as directed by BCBA/BC.
• Maintain safe, clean, and organized therapy environment.
• Assist with preparation of materials and assessments.
