Job summary

Centria Autism’s Life Skills Autism Academy seeks a Center-Based Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to deliver high-quality ABA therapy in a center environment. You will work full-time, Monday–Friday, 8:30am–4:30pm, providing direct 1:1 and group instruction under BCBA supervision.

You will collect data, support family training, and ensure documentation is timely while maintaining safety and a positive therapeutic setting for children on the autism spectrum.

Qualifications

• Must hold current RBT certification issued by the BACB.
• Willing to participate in the company’s background check process.
• Minimum of a high school diploma or GED.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Must be at least 18 years of age and willing to obtain CPR/First Aid.
• Willing to obtain TB test annually and a TB screening.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct client care in 1:1 and group settings using intensive teaching and natural environment training.
• Follow prescribed behavior protocols in the client’s treatment plan set by BCBA/BC.
• Collect, record, and summarize data on observable client behavior.
• Assist with parent and caregiver training according to treatment plans and protocols.
• Ensure documentation is completed on time and in line with procedures.
• Communicate progress with parents/caregivers as instructed by BCBA/BC.
• Maintain safety and report all incidents promptly.
• Keep a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
• Assist BCBA/BC in preparing client materials and assessments.
