Job summary

Life Skills Autism Academy, a division of Centria Autism, operates a center-based ABA program for young children. The Center-Based Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) role is full-time, 8:30am-4:30pm, in center.

You will provide direct 1:1 and group client care under BCBA supervision, collect data, and support families. Competitive pay and benefits promote a rewarding, collaborative therapy environment.

Qualifications

• Must hold and maintain current RBT certification per BACB.
• Willing to undergo a background check.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Reliable transportation and ability to meet physical requirements.
• Willing to obtain CPR and First Aid certification.
• TB test annually.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct 1:1 and group client care using intensive teaching and natural environment training.
• Follow behavioral protocols per the client's treatment plan with BCBA/BC oversight.
• Collect and summarize data on observable client behavior.
• Assist with parent and caregiver training per treatment and behavior protocols.
• Ensure timely documentation and clear communication with parents.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment.
• Prepare client materials and contribute to assessments as needed.
