Life Skills Autism Academy, a division of Centria Autism, is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) for in-center support in Baltimore, MD. You will deliver 1:1 and small-group ABA therapy, implement prescribed protocols, collect data, and collaborate with BCBA/BC teams to support children’s development.

The role requires RBT certification, a high school diploma or GED, reliable transportation, and willingness to obtain CPR/First Aid and TB testing.

Qualificações

• Must hold and maintain current RBT certification (BACB).
• Must pass the company background check process.
• Minimum of a high school diploma or GED.
• Reliable transportation required.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• CPR and First Aid certification willingness.
• Tuberculosis test annually.
• Physical ability to perform job duties, including lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions precisely.
• Proficient in recording data on mobile devices.

Responsabilidades

• Provide direct 1:1 and group client care using intensive teaching and natural environment training.
• Follow client treatment plans created by BCBA/BC.
• Collect, record, and summarize data on observable client behavior.
• Assist with parent and caregiver training per treatment protocols.
• Ensure timely documentation following established procedures.
• Communicate progress with parents and caregivers as instructed.
• Maintain safe, clean, and organized therapy environments.
• Assist BCBA/BC with client materials and assessments.
