Job summary

Centria Autism's Life Skills Autism Academy is hiring a Registered Behavior Technician to provide 1:1 and small group ABA therapy for young children in our in-center program.

You will implement individualized treatment plans, collect data, train caregivers, and maintain documentation while ensuring safety and engagement. The role supports ongoing clinical supervision and professional growth in a center-based setting.

Qualifications

• Must hold and maintain current RBT certification (BACB).
• Willing to participate in background check.
• Minimum of a High School Diploma or GED.
• Able to transport to work.
• Must be 18+ years old.
• CPR/First Aid certification preferred.
• Annual TB test required.
• Physically able to perform duties (lift up to 50 lbs).
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong cultural competency and flexibility.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 and group direct client care using intensive teaching and natural environment training.
• Follow behavior protocols in client treatment plans created by BCBA/BC.
• Collect, record, and summarize client data.
• Assist with parent and caregiver training.
• Ensure timely and proper documentation.
• Communicate progress with parents as directed by BCBA/BC.
• Report incidents and safety concerns.
• Maintain a clean, safe therapy environment.
• Assist in preparation of client materials and assessments.
