Job summary

Proud Moments ABA is a national behavioral health organization delivering ABA services for children on the autism spectrum. We seek Behavior Technicians to join our center-based team, providing 1-1 treatment under BCBA guidance in a supportive, fast-paced environment.

The role emphasizes hands-on client support, data collection, and family training, with opportunities for guaranteed hours. A strong work ethic, reliability, and passion for helping children are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Prior experience with children preferred.
• Experience with behavioral challenges or ASD preferred.
• Reliable transportation to work locations.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality per HIPAA.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with a client to implement behavioral plans designed by BCBA.
• Collect data to monitor progress and report results.
• Support BCBA with training families on implementing treatment plans.
• Be responsive to the needs of clients, families and supervisors.
• Maintain clear lines of communication with families and supervisors.
• Physically keep up with clients, including lifts and movement as needed.
• Any other tasks outlined by BCBA/LBA.
