Proud Moments ABA is a national behavioral health organization providing ABA services for children on the autism spectrum. We seek Behavior Technicians to join our team, delivering 1-1 treatment in a center-based setting and supporting BCBAs in implementing individualized plans.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Prior experience with children preferred.
• Experience with behavioral challenges or special needs preferred.
• Exposure to ASD or developmental disabilities preferred; training provided.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with a client to implement behavioral plans designed by a BCBA.
• Collect data to monitor progress and report on treatment effectiveness.
• Support BCBA with training families on implementing treatment plans.
• Be responsive to needs of clients, families, and supervisors.
• Maintain clear lines of communication with families, supervisors, and other parties.
• Physically engage with clients, including lifting and active movement as children range 2–15 years old.
