Job summary

Proud Moments ABA is seeking Behavior Technicians to join our center-based team, providing 1-1 treatment in partnership with our Board Certified Behavior Analysts to children in a center environment. You will help implement behavioral plans, collect progress data, and support families in applying treatment strategies.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills and ability to interact with children and parents
• Ability to work both independently and in a team environment
• Demonstrated ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with a client to implement behavioral plans designed by BCBA
• Collect data to monitor progress and report on treatment effectiveness
• Support BCBA with training families on implementing treatment plans
• Be responsive to needs of clients, families, and supervisors
• Maintain clear communication with families and supervisors
• Assist with safe physical activities during sessions
