Job summary

Proud Moments ABA is seeking Behavior Technicians to provide 1-1 specialized treatment in a center-based setting for children on the autism spectrum. You will work with BCBAs to implement treatment plans and collect progress data in a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Prior experience working with children preferred.
• Exposure to Autism Spectrum Disorder or other developmental disabilities is preferred, though training will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with a client to implement behavioral plans designed by BCBA.
• Collect data to monitor progress and report outcomes.
• Support BCBA with training families on implementing treatment plans.
• Be responsive to the needs of clients, families, and supervisors.
• Maintain clear lines of communication with families and supervisors.
• Physically engage with clients as they move during sessions (lifting 25+ pounds, standing, running, etc.).
• Any other tasks outlined by BCBA/LBA
