Job summary

Life Skills Autism Academy seeks behavior technicians to support children on the autism spectrum with 1:1 ABA therapy under BCBA supervision. Candidates must hold and maintain current RBT certification or complete a 40 hour training and sit for the competency exam within 45 days of employment.

Pay Range: $18.00 - $24.00 per hour; negotiable based on experience, education, training, and skills. Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 4:30pm.

Qualifications

• RBT certification required or willing to complete 40-hour training and sit for the competency exam within 45 days of employment.
• Minimum of a High School Diploma or GED.
• Must be able to physically perform this job (lift up to 50 lbs, move on floor, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Provide direct client care in 1:1 and group settings.
• Follow behavioral protocols and treatment plans.
• Collect, record, and summarize data on observable client behavior.
• Assist with parent and caregiver training.
• Ensure timely and accurate documentation.
